Liaoning: Shenyang conducts patent administrative law enforcement activity

Presently, Shenyang Municipal IP Office conducted a scene meeting on patent administrative law enforcement. Leaders in charge of law enforcement work from 15 IP offices and the law enforcers attended the meeting.

This activity deployed more than 50 patent administrative law enforcers and inspected over 500 commodities. During the inspection, law enforcers required the business operators to show the effective attestation of patented products and at the same time guided them to know about IP laws and regulations and build files for patented commodities. This activity raised enterprises' IP awareness, safeguarded IPR holders' rights and interests and created sound environment for the enhancement of IPR protection and the overall implementation of IPR strategy outline.
